I've travelled on the road where it's located I don't know how many times since we moved in this area (that cellar is a few hundred yards from the side of the road), kept telling myself when I saw it that I'd have to go and take a closer look one of these days... It took about 1 1/2 year... lol My excuse is I knew is wasn't going to go away, seems to have been there for a while.
